About this bottle

Between You and I was made in collaboration with Swedish chef Björn Frantzén who as of 2025 is the only chef in the world with three Michelin three-star restaurants. Aged for 16 years, this single malt was aged in virgin Swedish oak — a first for Highland Park — as well as sherry-seasoned European & American oak, and ex-bourbon casks. Included in the packaging is a booklet filled with questions to ponder while tasting the whisky rather than a set of tasting notes. Available globally beginning October 14, 2025. (SRP $180)
