Hinterhaus Distilling

The smell of fresh berries and vanilla greet the nose. Sweet berries ooen the taste with just a hint of vanilla. This drifts into some charred oaky notes in the mid palate. The finish is long and pleasant. Nicely balanced. Very smooth.

Kind of a musty flavor. Wood and grain, floral but with a bitter tannin aftertaste that isn't balanced by anything. Still good, but needs refinement.
