A crisp, Scottish bison grass vodka crafted with grass grows on the banks of the Thurso River near the distillery in Caithness, although in fact Dunnet Bay have to source the botanical from elsewhere because their local grass enjoys protected status! The spirit is also infused with Highland apple vapor & apple juice. It has an aromatic birth with notes of herbs & spices; while a rich & herbal life adds notes of vanilla & chamomile; that led to a balanced death of medium length. July 2017
