Hotel Tango Classified Series Rum Cask Finished Rye

This is a really really good cocktail rye. The nose is certainly banana and vanilla. It definitely tastes young. There’s a bit of mint that conflicts with the banana and vanilla. A nice little delayed burn that reminds you about the rye. I think this would be really good with longer age.

Smooth sipper. Rum finishing adds a sweetness to the taste. Spicy finish shows up late. Nice rye.
