About this bottle
This is an aged variant (albeit only 4 weeks) of the regular Ironbark Moonshine release. The barrels used for aging are virgin American barrels with heavy char, and shows how the original method of transporting whisky would have given thought to use the barrel for more than just transportation. This is made using all Australian grain (corn and rye) and distilled in a traditional copper pot still. Note: Limited availability in Australia.
