This is a rye that is distilled from a mash bill of 64% Spooner rye, 14% J. Henry red heirloom corn, 14% winter wheat, and 8% malted barley. It is matured in new, charred American oak and bottled at 100 proof.

Aromas are caramel, night meats, fruit, herbs and spice, bread. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet and spicy with a buttery finish. Pretty good.
