The nose is a bold burst of earthy rye spice, creamy oak, cherry syrup, mixed spice, all together in a wonderful fusion. It quickly settles down, making for an incredible experience of rye that makes the urge to sip immense. The palate is somewhat dry yet chewy, that ignites the mouth with strong rye spice and cherry. Dry oak follows and leaves the mouth coated in flavor. This is fairly simple but lives up to being bold and spicy. You get the gamut of rye flavors and an incredibly enjoyable heat.

500ml bottle. Not complaints about this 107 proof Rye. It's exactly as described; bold and spicy. A little young. Could use a other year or two of age to round out the rough edges. Overall, good value for money and the higher proof point allows the flavors to shine through. Solid. Worth the €25 I paid.
