James E. Pepper 3 Year Old - Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Sweet sherry and a lot of dried fruit up front, then moves into a chocolate ginger and caramel taste. The aftertaste is dry and floral. Overall, this is a very lovely dram.

Caramel on nose. Spicy, sweet caramel taste. Best rye I have ever tasted

Great flavor, but hot like a rye.
