Day No.7 Nice aroma containing cinnamon and citrus fruit. The flavor was pretty straight forward with a balanced mix of baking spice, caramel, and corn. There was a slight ethanol burn, but nothing crazy. A decent daily drinker.
First sniff has notes of plum and citrus. First sip starts smooth with notes of vanilla and Carmel followed by notes of corn and black pepper spice that leads to a slight burn that lingers to a pepper finish.
Rich and oily dram. There's baking spice and a hint of orange zest on the nose. The palate is of a heavily chai spiced vanilla custard. The dram is mouth coating, but it does not have a lingering finish.
A nice rye. A little build of heat that slowly fades and flavors from caramel to grape tend to tease you throughout thr taste
Peppery. Warming but sweet. Balanced. Easy to drink but definitely neat.
