A rich, Limited Release Blended Japanese Whisky by the Kaigan Distillery in Kami, Japan made with a blend of 100% Japanese Whisky that used Matsukai no Mizu Spring water & had been aged for a minimum of 3 years. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruit, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of citrus, honey, vanilla & new oak; that leads to a long & bold death. Very oaky. Not too much flavor i taste beyond that. Its not BAD, but its not my choice. A bit of water opens it up a bit and makes it more drinkable
Light but rich. Vanilla oak long smooth finish. Nice surprise perfect for spring. Intense feeling of grain/malt
Very smooth whiskey but I will say nothing special that will make it stand out form the rest of the crowd.
