Ki Noh Bi

This gin is a dream. Light in color from the aging, but it doesn't overpower the delicate nature of this gin. I have never tasted a gin this smooth or unique, and I love it a lot. Maybe the most of any gin I have ever had. This is so good, I can drink it neat or on the rocks, something I've never considered with gin. The nose is very interesting, it actually smells a lot like some of the less pine tree forward gins I've had like Bombay or Solveig, but this smells sweeter and less harsh. You absolutely know its gin though. On the palate, there is very little juniper if any rather you get candied ginger and bamboo. Its a completely different flavor profile than anything I've ever had. An absolute stunning bottle. The bottle says this was the 13th edition and there are supposedly 600 of this batch in the world. An absolute yes if you can find this, you will not be disappointed.
