An intense, flavored Whiskey, from Tennessee made by blending sour mash whiskey; that has a mash bill of mostly corn, some rye & barley, that is slow filtered through charcoal maple chips before being aged for 4 years, while brown sugar is infused. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, oak & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of crystalized molasses & Burnt Brown Sugar; that led to a quick & bold death. April 2022
