A complex, flavored Whiskey, from Tennessee made by blending sour mash whiskey; that has a mash bill of mostly corn, some rye & barley, that is slow filtered through charcoal maple chips before being aged for 4 years, while caramel & cinnamon are infused. It has an aromatic birth with notes of caramel & cinnamon, while a balanced life led to a warming death of medium length with notes of oak & more cinnamon. December 2021 / August 2022
