A rich, flavored Whiskey, from Tennessee made by blending sour mash whiskey; that has a mash bill of mostly corn, some rye & barley, that is slow filtered through charcoal maple chips before being aged for 4 years, while caramel & honey are infused. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain oak & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of caramel & honey; that leads to a quick & delicate death. December 2021 / August 2022 / 2024
