Kings County Irish Homage Whiskey, produced by Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, serves as a tribute to the Irish single pot still whiskey tradition. Its mash consists of malted and unmalted barley. The spirit is triple distilled and matured for four years in used cooperage. Although it draws inspiration from Irish distilling methods, the whiskey is entirely made in New York, acknowledging the historical significance of Irish distillers in the city.
