Picked this up from my local distillery. Nose is oaky and sweet with hints of maple. Very smooth on the palate, caramel and spices. Decent finish with more oak and maple notes. Reminds me of Woodford Reserve but more complex and with a Canadian twist. Well worth the money and I'm now looking forward to trying their rye!
