Laggan Mill 8 Year Old 2008 (cask 7391) - The Cooper's Choice (The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.) It is an intense, single cask bottling of single malt Scotch whisky distilled on the Isle of Islay and matured in a bourbon cask for 8 years, from 2008 to 2016 from an undisclosed distillery. This was independently bottled for The Cooper's Choice range by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., with 400 bottles produced. It has an aromatic birth with notes of tar ash & brine, while a fruity life led to a long & drying death. November 2017 / September 2022
