About this bottle
Lágrimas del Valle presents its sixth field harvest and first estate-grown plata tequila, La Mesa del Charco (2025 Vintage). This collaboration with Tequila Cascahuín (NOM 1123) and Master Distiller Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo uses blue weber agave cultivated on the Rosales family's La Mesa del Charco estate in El Arenal, Jalisco. The production involves a mix of roller mill and tahona-crushed agave, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and open-air wooden vats with bagasse, followed by double distillation. It is bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV) and will be available nationally and online from April 2026.
