Colour: light amber Aroma: Rum and Raisin, egg nog, light citrus, sweet sponge cake and spiced apple. Drop of water opens up to jersey caramel Mouthfeel: introduces itself on the point of the tongue and is very well rounded from there back. Light mouth feel with distinct sherry notes. Complex but so well balanced on the palate Finish: very smooth with pleasant lingering warmth at the back of throat.

Buttery spices on the nose, like gingerbread cookie batter. On the palette, sweet whipped cream and brown sugar with hints of nutmeg or cloves. Marvellous.
Absolutely delicious drop, balanced and complex. Marked down a star as only a 500ml bottle makes value for money low.
Smooth with butterscotch nose. 2 drops of water to open up.
Nice balance of various cask flavours
Syrupy sweet sherry
