Nose: funky grain notes, sweet corn bread, grassy Palette: cinnamon candy, strong grain forward profile, has a bite up front. Mid palette has bread, earthy, some baking spice. Mediim body, finish is also medium, soft tannins round out the finish. Semi sweet

About this bottle
This is a seasonal release from Laws Whiskey House. The name is derived from the type of wheat used in its production — Centennial wheat, an heirloom spring soft white varietal grown for them by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. This bonded wheat whiskey is aged a minimum of 7 years and is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

On the nose its a nice rich wheated bourbon / weller type smell. The palette is all spice however. Found it a little rough, spicy, bitter, and not the rich sweetness i was hoping for from a wheated whiskey
