An intense, 11-year-old single malt from the Tobermory distillery, released under their Ledaig name! This was distilled in June 2005 & aged in a Sherry butt until July 2016, when it was bottled for Signatory Drinks' Single Malts of Scotland range. 564 bottles were produced. It has an aromatic birth with notes of smokey bacon crisps, Sherried peels & gingerbread; while a rich & earthy life adds notes of peat, juicy raspberry & red grapes; that led to a long death with a hint of oatcake & quince jam.
