Might be the first whisky I’ve tasted finished in tequila barrels, very unique, a subtle yet distinct as well flavourful addition to the taste. Like adding a string section to the band, it adds something really good, complex, and special.

I had great expectations, but this fell flat. The flavour was just way too mild. Neither the scotch notes nor the tequila notes came through. Pretty much no finish at all.

This malt is funky and fun, luscious on the palate with agave and bright vegetal notes pairing with malt sweetness. Totally unique, and pretty great.
