A delicate, flavored, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey from Tennessee crafted with a minimum of 51% corn; slow filtered through maple charcoal; & aged for a minimum of 2 years in new American white oak using the Lincoln County Process. It has an aromatic birth of hints of grain, wood & spice; while a rich life adds notes of cinnamon & toasted oak; that led to a delicate death of medium length. February / August 2022
