A balanced, flavored, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey from Tennessee crafted with a minimum of 51% corn; slow filtered through maple charcoal; & aged for a minimum of 2 years in new American white oak using the Lincoln County Process. It has an aromatic birth of hints of grain, wood, spice & stone fruits; while a rich life adds notes of green apple & butterscotch; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of green apple rinds & pits.
