An intense, flavored, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey from Tennessee crafted with a minimum of 51% corn; slow filtered through maple charcoal; & aged for a minimum of 2 years in new American white oak using the Lincoln County Process. It has an aromatic birth of hints of grain, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of honey, cinnamon & cardamon; that led to a balanced death of medium length. February / August 2022
