Distilled in Maryland, Lyon New Make Corn Whiskey is made in "ultra small batches using traditional pot stills." The spirit is briefly touched by oak. Although it imparts no flavor, it leaves behind the slightest hint of color, an unusual light topaz. It is bottled at 50% ABV.
