Mahae Gin Japanese Craft Gin

A delicate, Awamori Gin by the Masahiro Shuzo Distillery in Okinawa, Japan distilled from long grain rice in two single distillation pots & infused with local botanicals before being bottled at 47% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of citrus, tropical fruits & flowers, berries, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of juniper, guava leaves, Balinese long pepper, goya, Shek Washa & Roselle; that leads to a quick & delicate death.
