Light and sweet. Sugar and Vanilla flavors are the first thing to hit your tongue with just enough woodiness to keep it interesting. Relatively short finish. Literally the prototype for good Irish whiskey.
Oak and vanilla on the nose, grassy floral notes with subtle hints of honey sweetness. My go to for Irish whiskey.
Sweet nose, straw/grass front, bitter, sweet caramel finish with good oak/vanilla balance.
