Not my thing... a lot of corn, too much roast for me at the end
About this bottle
An American spin on a traditional Irish-style single pot still whiskey (formerly known as Pure Pot Still), this whiskey is made up of locally sourced malted and un-malted barley and aged in the distillery's own used bourbon and rye barrels. It is bottled at 90 proof. Unlike traditional Irish malts that are triple distilled, McKenzie Pure Pot Still is purposefully double distilled to keep more flavor in the whiskey.
