The cherry wood maturation makes for a unique whisky experience. Thank god for the constraint free rules of Irish whisky maturation. The nose is someone painting a shed full of green apples in a summer meadow. There’s candy floss in the arrival and a spicy wood sap development. The finish is long and sweet. If you’re after something different but approachable, this is the whisky for you.

Outstanding pour! The nose is fresh mown grass, apple, and a slight cedar. The taste has apple and pear with vanilla and ginger and finishes with a hearty woodiness. Like walking in an orchard on a fall day. Phenomenal!
A gift from Ireland shared with my father. An excellent whiskey and a special tasting makes this a perfect 5 in my mind
Very sweet, occasionally some wood wafts past. Very light and easy to drink.
