About this bottle
Mexicano is one of the rarest agaves, and is in fact indigenous to the area that encompasses Aquilino's farm Candelaria Yegolé. You might say it's something of a local specialty! Aquilino does include a small proportion (10%) of espadín in this batch to compensate for the notoriously low sugar content of this semi-wild agave.
