Nose: caramel and raisins Taste: i saw another review said it tastes like a fig newton and dammit that is pretty damn spot on. Definitely get the sherry taste on the finish. Overall: $100 is a price point I feel like you gotta really blow my socks off and this one just about does it. I live in Cleveland so ive been dying to try this given all if the national love this has gotten. I was actually prepared to take the 2 hour drive to Columbus to try and find one but then by fate my local store had one (shot out to Corkscrew Johnnys great bourbon selection if you ever travel to Cleveland/akron). Im eager to try other stuff from middle west after this. Cheers friends

Nose: buttery butterscotch Palate: too much oak that overpowers any sherry notes, pumpernickel bread Finish: short and thin Overall: The sherry finish bottle they put out a few years ago was way better. Is it weird to say that it was in the barrel too long at 6 years? Is that the double oak? Too much oak for me and price point is way to high.
Super sweet. Tastes like liquid raisins, figs newtons, juice. I can’t emphasize that enough. Extremely unique. Columbus proud
Nose: butterscotch Palate: little bit of leather, briny with a little smoke Finish: woody with some heat
Pretty nice flavor, pretty amooth. Not a lot of burn going down.
Nice balance of heat and sweetness
