Midleton Very Rare or Middling: Very Meh? Tastes like the Blanton's of Irish Whiskey. Nothing to complain about, nothing to write home about. Nose: Smells unbelievably light. Like, I can wet my nose and it doesn't burn my olfactories. Flavor: Completely muted. Way too low proof. A bit like honey/honeysuckle syrup watered down with a touch of lemon grass and a hint of the tropical. No burn. One note throughout. Nothing in the finish to let you remember it by. Waste of money, if you ask me.

I enjoy this from nose to palette very much. It’s charred wood finish is mild and has a hint of sweet caramel. Super oily, almost cooling feature to the first taste. The flavors build slowly, giving you a sweet grassy flavor with oaky caramel to finish. Really pleasant to sip. Feels like a great hug at the end of your day. Highly recommend.

Love it …very smooth and easy almost too smooth though. Does have a nice lingering spice on a very long finish. Definitely recommend just not sure if it’s worthy the p ice point. Many others I prefer at a quarter of the price

Single serving dram tasting from a friend. Amazing nose full of oak, bubble gum, vanilla and fruit. A bit of a disappointment on the palate. Barley sugar and tannic fruit through a longish but subtle finish.

Nose: caramel and vanilla. Hints of smoke Pallet: smooth slightly smokey hints of caramel Finish: very smooth 10/10 recommend if you can find it. Searched all over Ireland for a taste

A fruit flavour similar to cherry, low acetone, and abundant spice flavours. The sharp and sweet flavour balances well, in a Sherry cask-style finish
