About this bottle
This is the second release in Mijenta's Maestra Selection series exploring the terroir of Jalisco and adjacent areas. Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero selects agave from single estates in Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacan, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas — states with different microclimates and soil types — each contributing a unique flavor profile to the agave harvested from there. The agave were distilled separately and blended together before bottling without additives. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), available at select retailers and online in limited quantities as of September 8, 2025. (SRP $74.99)
