A balanced, 21-year-old Miltonduff single malt, independently bottled by The Single Cask (who also have their own whisky bar in Singapore!). This was distilled in February 1995 and bottled in February 2016. It has an aromatic birth with notes of caramelized fruit, honey & a touch of toasted bread; while life adds notes of peppery oak, spice, dark chocolate & juicy orchard fruit; that led to a long & warming death with notes of sugar-dusted pancakes with a squeeze of lemon.
