Mister Sam Blended Whiskey (Batch 4)

Every ince in a while, something specialcomes your way, and you need to decide to save it, or open it and share with those that appreciate the craft. This is blended to share and focus on what you think is going on. Nose: strawberry and cherry, some vanilla and caramel, heavy fruits, confectionery sugars, slight baking spices and oak. Lovely Palette: strawberry milk shake, slight bubble gum up front, luxardo cherry, milk dud’s chocolate with some vanilla and malt balls, subtle baking spices on the back end with rosemary and dill, the oak starts to build allowing the finish to just linger, long fruity finish. Fruit forward more so than the second batch. There is a nutty profile under there but that is why this is a fun ride! Flavors change, just amazing! Mayville does it again, thank you sazerac!
