This was the second zero proof 'gin' I purchased to tide me over for dry January. Unlike the Warner's Double Juniper this seems to be not primarily distilled rather 'concocted'. The smell reminds me of my University days when I drank something called 'Storm' an 8% abv alcoholic lemonade (sadly that was definitely not the worst of what I drank which included various spirits I distilled myself and flavored food grade ethanol). The taste is however probably the closest i've had to gin when mixed of all the zero alcohol spirits. Again citrus, lemon predominate flavors. It does however unlike Warner's version taste a bit artificial.. which isn't surprising given it mostly is. I think if you replicated the flavor profile through more natural extraction/ distillation methods it would be a very decent drop. Anyhow it doesn't and it isn't so 3 it is.

Think of this more as an herbal liqueur. It’s not stellar and pretty thick. I’d imagine it would be ok with tonic. But really not that worth it
