This expression is composed of a blend of sourced single malts from the Speyside region that were fully matured in traditional oak. These undergo a second maturation in Mossburn Cask Bill #2, specially built oloroso sherry butts with heavily-charred virgin American oak heads. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

Light and fruity on the nose with a little oak. Sweet citrus fruit and char on the pallet. The char is subtle. I love the sherry finished scotches so this is right up my alley. There’s a lot going on in this blend and that’s what makes it special. Can’t beat the price.
Kind of rolled the dice on this one, and the payoff way excellent. I'm a big fan of Speyside Whisky and sherry finishes so this was perfect.
Tried a dram in the Lufthansa Senator lounge. Nice and strong.
Not as complex as some but a little sweet a little brine
