Mossburn Vintage Casks No. 22 Glentauchers 2009

An intense, Single Malt Scotch Whisky by Glentauchers Distillery in Speyside, Scotland aged for 9 years in oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of sweet barley, dried green apple & marmalade; that led to a long & herbal death with notes of oak spice, iodine, grass & sea spray. Peppery, good nose but very untraditional scotch. Thin and smells like Sake.
