It’s bar stocking day, and I have some really tasty looking blue cocktail recipes that I want to try, so here we go. Completely unnatural looking, like blue toilet cleaner water, only bluer. It’s even bluer than this Dawn bottle. 😂Kind of a dull nose of orange soda and neutral spirit. On the palate it’s somewhat viscous and very sweet. The dominant flavor here is sugar; then there’s also a little orange candy and vanilla. Certainly only to be used for coloring.

All I have to say is yikes, this is bad. It's cheap and artificial tasting. I would include notes, but there really isn't a point. It's sweetness on top of sweetness with cheap artificial flavoring. I would avoid this at all costs, even though it literally costs almost nothing. Stick to Bols Blue Curacao or Giffard if you want to make cocktails that call for blue curacao.
I’m afraid my teeth are going to turn blue. This electric blue color can’t be natural. Aromas are right. Orange and some vanilla. A little alcohol. While mouthfeel is thick the flavor is watery. It’s mostly just sugar flavored. There’s a touch of orange in there but it’s really be lost to the tooth-decaying sweetness. Mix it maybe. But def don’t add sugar.
