Light straw in colour, long slow legs drop down the side of the glass. The nose is sweet cream poured into a tin of peaches sat next to a glass of iodine. The palate has a creamy mouthfeel, it’s baking spices, the finish is sweet crunchy brown sugar crusted on top of an apple pie. A good whiskey, the nose is a bit medicinal for me. Adding some water… opens up the nose for the better. It becomes vanilla cream on apricots and peaches. The palate gets extra sweet and creamy. Definitely a whiskey that’s better with water!

A lovely, creamy, grassy and vanilla whisky. Its light, with hints of honey and apricot as well as a mapley sweetness on the finish. Well balanced and rather good.
