Nelson Bros. Honey Cask Finish is a combination of straight bourbon whiskeys that have been further matured in barrels previously seasoned with local wildflower honey. For this 2025 release, Nelson's Green Brier Distillery collaborated again with TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, Tennessee. TruBee Honey Farm fills used Nelson Brothers Bourbon barrels with honey, then returns them to the distillery. The barrels are then refilled with bourbon for an additional 6 to 8 months of finishing. The whiskey is bottled at a proof of 116.3, retailing for $149.99.
