About this bottle
Nelson Bros. Honey Cask Finish, a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, undergoes a finishing period in barrels that have been seasoned with local wildflower honey. For this release, Nelson's Green Brier Distillery collaborated again with TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, Tennessee. TruBee Honey Farm fills used Nelson Brothers Bourbon barrels with honey before they are returned to the distillery, where they are then refilled with bourbon for an additional 6 to 8 months of finishing. The whiskey is bottled at 113.55 proof and was launched in April 2026. The SRP is $149.99.
