Nestville single barrel

The nose is very gentle and features barley, straw, oak in a bit of honey. Hence of leather and smoke soon come out, all giving you the unmistakable impression of malt whiskey. The palate is equally as gentle with slight hints of white pepper, barley, straw, oak and a touch of vanilla. It could definitely stand to be higher proof, as the flavors seem a little too gentle. The finish is short, with all the flavors coming together to fade away a little too quickly.
