New Liberty Bloody Butcher Sour Mash Straight Bourbon

Very corn forward. Lower proof and didnt drink hot, but could barely make out any flavors past the corn note. It uses malted rye and corn, which makes the crafty corn note pop more, but has potential when the oak influence will dig into the flavor more.

Strawberry, bread, baseball glove leather. Light nose with surprising initial mouth burn.

Has a funky overall tone. Lots of licorice flavor. Overall not a big fan.

Enjoyed the profile. Could smooth out a bit, but enjoyable
