Not my favorite but definitely something different than anything else I’ve tried. The pepper hits you on the nose, a little bit of spice but without much of a burn on the taste. Goes down smooth but you definitely notice the corn. Overall it doesn’t taste cheap, but it’s a bit light for my preference. Unlike anything you’ll find in Kentucky or Tennessee. I’m glad I got it to try something new while passing through Albuquerque but this definitely isn’t for everyone.
