Night Sage, the 25th limited-edition bottling in the Orphan Barrel Collection, is a blended Canadian whisky created in Ontario and Manitoba. It has been aged for 25 years in a mix of first-fill oak barrels and multi-use barrels, both previously containing other Canadian whiskies. This is the second Canadian whisky in the Orphan Barrel series, presented in a single exclusive batch at 90 proof. It has been available at select retailers nationwide since June 2026. (SRP $225)
