Fragrant aromas of chamomile, lemon, white peach, wormwood, orris root, and honeysuckle. Silky mouthfeel. More chamomile, wormwood and orris root on the palate – less intense this time – plus orange peel and coriander. Finishes medium-long with a mild bitterness. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)

Fruit on the nose and palate. This is very dry vermouth. Grapes. Apples. Easy to drink. It’s my go to and absolutely fantastic in a 5:1 Dry Martini and surprisingly good on the rocks with a lemon twist for something light with low abv.
An ok offering. Very delicate flavors with a very malty/ bready finish. It spoils pretty fast so use quickly if keeping for a long time
