North Fork Rye

I have a store pick single barrel, it has light baking spice, vanilla, and quite a bit of a eucalyptus/menthol from the mid palet that lingers well into the finish

Corn heavy for a rye would love to try the 10yr expression think a little more age would do this well. Enjoyable neat and in a cocktail

Very smooth with a little bite toward the end.
