Oak & Eden Fired Amburana Oak Wheat & Spire Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Select (114 Proof) is a complex, Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey crafted by Oak & Eden Distillery in Texas following traditional distillation & aged for at least 3 years in American Oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, fruit, wood & spice; while a rich life adds notes of wheat, candied fruit, caramel, oak & vanilla; that led complex & warm death of medium length with notes of rye. Very interesting got some unique nose smells I couldn't place and the cinnamon hit and I'll compare the backend to makers mark private selection. Not to bad at all and as always had it neat

Nose was mostly ethanol, not much flavor. The taste was lots of cinnamon and oak, with some vanilla to moderate. Smoother than the taste would imply. Certainly unique.
